JA Fitness’s Retreat was absolutely superb. A weekend of elegant luxury, staying in a beautifully converted barn, in the middle of the Cotswolds.
With a programme of activities every morning including HIIT training, yoga, running and workshops, we had the afternoons to relax. Play tennis, read books in the shade of a tree, enjoy a massage or chat to the other guests.
The food excelled all expectations and was plentiful, so we were never left hungry. And there was wine and bring your own spirit!
I would heartily recommend one of JA Fitness’s Retreats and will certainly be going on another in the future.

I have recently started Jez's classes and I really would recommend them to anyone of all ages and ability! Everyone in the class is so welcoming and Jez manages to make the classes fun and exciting. Jez is a great trainer and I am already making progress! He offers alternative exercises for all abilities and everyone in the class is at different fitness levels, which makes it easier for me to fit in! Overall, a great fitness class and the fact it is pay as you go, only £5, you can't get much better than that! Thanks Jez
Best outdoor fitness in the area without question. The JA Fitness weekend retreats are utterly fantastic. They include great cardio and yoga sessions, amazing food and wonderful fellow guests. Would definitely re-book.
Went on the first fitness retreat and it exceeded expectations. Food was exceptional, tried yoga for the first time. Fantastic atmosphere and comfortable rooms. Hosts made the weekend feel like a full holiday in a friendly but professional manner

I have recently been on Jez’s retreat and I knew it would be a fab weekend of fitness as I love Jez’s classes but it was so much more!! I made lots of new friends, fell back in love with yoga, tried new things like Thai massage and had the most incredible food, and had time to relax, it honestly was one of the best weekends and Jez and Mel were the perfect hosts, so thank you again, I am starting to save for next year as well worth the treat!
Have been going to outdoor circuits with jez for well over a year and can't believe what a difference there is in my strength, fitness and running. All this without the expensive gym membership too! I have also had fun, made friends and done some events I would never have dreamed off! So thanks Jez and keep up the good work.
I have been going to Jez's classes for about 2 years. Having a PT qualification myself I can honestly say I can not fault Jez's classes. He mixes each class up to "keep you on your toes". He makes sure that technique is "spot on". They are fun and it shows from the number of "lovely friendly" people who attend them. Jez's hardwork, dedication, enthusiasm, generosity, encouragement and of course knowledge just shine through to all that attend. Highly recommend coming along and joining us, you will not regret it!
I started Jez’s outdoor circuit classes a few months ago. I can honestly say I haven’t been to a class that is as friendly and encouraging as this one . Jez is a fantastic teacher and incredibly supportive. I feel so much stronger since starting and almost like burpees now!
